Creeping juniper 'Wiltonii' (Juniperus horizontalis 'Wiltonii'), often also called 'Blue Rug', is an extremely decorative variety of coniferous juniper. Its intense blue-silver needles and low, spreading habit make it an ideal choice as a ground cover in home gardens, parks and urban green areas.
Characteristics of creeping juniper 'Wiltonii'
