Advantages of growing sprouts:

  • Fast growth time: Sprouts can be eaten as soon as a few days after starting cultivation.

  • Easy to grow: They do not require specialized equipment or large space, they can be grown at home all year round.

Sprout care:

  • Soaking: Soak the seeds in lukewarm, boiled water for a few hours or overnight.

  • Rinsing: After soaking, rinse the seeds and place them in a clean jar covered with gauze, tied with a rubber band.

  • Growing conditions: Place the jar in a warm, sunny place.

  • Flushing during cultivation: Rinse the sprouts and drain the water twice a day.
