Spring Omphalodes verna, also known as "pseudo-forget-me-not", is a charming evergreen ground cover perennial that adds a subtle spring touch to your garden with its tiny, blue flowers reminiscent of forget-me-nots. - Watering: It requires regular watering, especially during drought, so that the soil is constantly slightly moist.
- Fertilization: In spring, it is advisable to use an organic or compound fertilizer to promote growth and abundant flowering.
Care
- Trimming: It does not require regular pruning, but after flowering, you can remove wilted inflorescences to improve the appearance of the plant.
- Reproduction: The easiest way to propagate is by dividing the clumps in early spring or autumn.
- Wintering: The plant is fully frost hardy (zone 4–8) and does well even in colder regions.
