Patagonian verbena 'Violet Blue' – Airy and Long-flowering Perennial
Patagonian verbena 'Violet Blue' (Verbena bonariensis 'Violet Blue') is an extremely impressive perennial with a light, airy habit and a long flowering period. It forms delicate, openwork clumps composed of thin, erect stems ending in spherical, intensely purple-blue inflorescences. It is valued for its hardiness, self-seeding ability and attractiveness to pollinators.

Flowers
- Colour: Intense purple with blue reflections.
- Shape: Small, tubular flowers gathered in loose, umbel-shaped inflorescences.

- Wintering: In Polish conditions, it requires light cover (zone 7–10) or treatment as an annual plant.
